1. Are you the manufacturer? Where is your factory based? How long have you been in PCB and PCBA industry?

Yes. We are no only the manufacturer for PCB and PCBA, but also the supplier of electronic components. Our factory is based in Shenzhen, China, and we have been in PCB and PCBA industry for 21 years.

2. What are your business?

Aoshuo Technology is a turnkey electronic manufacturer which is specialized in offer PCB manufacturing, components sourcing, PCB assembly, programming and functional testing.

3. Is there any minimum quantity (MOQ) requirement for the order?

Generally, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement for the order. We can support you with prototype, samples, low volume and mass production orders.

4. What files and documents do you request for a turnkey PCBA order?

(1) PCB Gerbers.

(2) BOM list(.xls) with vendor’s names, quantity, reference designators, part and package descriptions, and quantity

(3) Pick & place file featuring rotations, component locations, and reference designators

(4) Any additional instructions and requirements for programming and testing.

5. What does your quoted price include for a turnkey orders?

The PCB assembly quotation includes PCB costs, tooling costs, stencil, assembly cots, and components costs. (Programming and functional testing can be quoted if you need.)

6. Where do you source the electronic components?

1) As we have been in PCBA industry for many years, we have accumulated rich channel resources, we can order the components from original manufacturer (such as TI, ST, ON, ADI, NXP, Microchip, Intel, Maxim, Infineon, Broadcom, Xilinx, TDK, Samsung, Panasonic, Yageo) directly with very competitive prices.

2) We also buy the parts from authorized vendors such as Digikey, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, Future etc.

3) For some special components which is discontinued (obsoleted) or hard-to-find, we will consider buying it from open market, but we will ask our engineering team or the third-party testing agency to inspect and test the quality of the boards before shipment, to make sure 100% authenticity quality of the parts.

4) For other components, we also will offer the alternatives and the data sheet for your checking.

7. Which types of assembly services do you offer for PCB assembly?

We offer surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole technology (THT), and mixed technology assembly.

8. What types of testing is done on my assembled boards?

1) Visual Inspection

2) AOI Inspection

3) X-Ray inspection (for BGA’s and fine pitch parts)

4) Functional testing (if required by customer)

9. Do you have any special requirements for BGA type components?

Component footprint should be made per manufacturer recommendations for pad size and mask clearance.  All BGA type devices are required to have all vias under component tented with solder mask.

10. What certifications does Aoshuo Technology have?

We have ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 to meet your diverse demand and produce your boards.

11. Do you offer RoHS-compliant assemblies?

Yes. We do offer RoHS-compliant assemblies.

12. Can you produce the flexible printed circuit boards (FPC)?

Yes, we can produce standard PCB, flexible PCB and Rigid-flex PCB for you.

13. What payment terms do you accept?

We can accept bank transfer (T/T) and Paypal.

14. How does Aoshuo ship the goods?

By DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex. By air, sea or train even feasible combined shipment methods.

15. What if I find issue or get defective boards?

Please tell us your issues in detail pictures and testing report information, we’ll come up with the flexible solutions to the issues ASAP including repairing or remaking.

16. Can you sign the Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA)?

Yes, we can. Aoshuo is obliged to keep your information highly confidential to protect your intellectual property rights.
